本机是生产活页笔记本、台历、挂历、挂钩等文具装订配件的专用设备，可以加工如普通铁丝、镀锌铁丝、不锈钢丝、色胶铁丝等多种可塑性线材，与同类设备相比有运行平稳噪音低；自动成切操作便；安全可靠效率高；一机多用投资省等优点。

本机以双转盘这一独特结构驱动成型，并以八字槽驱动替代常用的曲轴驱动冲压，极大降低了机器振动和噪音、运行平稳，节能降耗、利于员工健康。
2、自动成切、操作便
本机一次性自动完成线圈的成型和计数切断，类似傻瓜相机，稍加培训，即可操作。体积小、功能齐、操作便、人工省。

本机因独特的结构设计，既使运行速度提高50%（从200-400齿/分提高到350-650齿/分），又避免了同类机常有的卡线现象，同时将成型和计数切断两道工序、两台机器整合为一台，极大地减少了线材浪费，提高了生产效率。

the unique design of our dualrotation disks and a driving channel shaped like number eightgreatly reduces vibrations and noise, resulting in smooth operationand low energy consumption. the dual binding coils have a first-calss appearance, excellent straightness, and roundness.

jjs3automatically forms the thecoil, counting, and cutting. little training is needed to operatethe machine. it is small with all needed functions and easy tooperate with little labor requirement.
