1.整机式主机机架，坚固不易变形、转动，导布机械设计灵巧，操作简便。机器的主要部件主滚筒内部设有内循环系统。通过电加热、油导热，使滚筒表面温度控制在±2℃以内。

2.采用pid自动温控仪，自动调节保温电流控制精度高。

3.手动退毯带装置，升降温时脱开毯带，延长毯带使用寿命。

4.本机设有布边纸及垫纸装置，降低毛毯污染，减少清洗次数。

5转印后之成品免处理，花样色彩鲜明，柔软光丽，保持色质经久不变。

6.印花速度控制采用无级调速。
