无线对刀器描述：
．无线与运动控制系统连接，无任何连接线
．无线传输距离15米
．对刀行程4毫米

．采用纽扣电池3v使用，工作电流小于200微安，能使用6个月不更换电池
．具有电源开关：平时不使用对刀器，将电源开关关闭，以节约电能，延长电池使用寿命

．具有2级告警输出：当刀具压下对刀器往下移动，达到对刀点的时候，对刀器将对刀信号无线传输到运动控制卡，运动控制卡马上停止机床移动，达到对刀目的；如果机床没有停止移动，刀具继续移动，达到对刀器第2级告警，那么对刀器将第2级告警信号传输给机床，出发机床的z轴退刀点，迫使机床刀具回到z轴退刀点，保护刀具

更换电池：用十字螺丝刀把对刀器底盖拆下来，然后更换电池，再安装上对刀器底盖。

备注：不使用对刀器的时候，建议将对刀器电源按钮拨动到关的位置，以节约电池用电。
打开电源开关，工作指示灯不亮的情况下，不要使用对刀仪，防止刀具压坏仪器。
