工作原理：静电植绒机是一个高压发生器，这项工作的原则是不同的电荷互相吸引。当静电植绒机工作的时候，它会产生高压，绒毛会带上负电荷。将工件的机体置于零电位或者接地，绒毛便会被基体吸附垂直立于机体上。基体在植绒前先刷上胶水，绒毛才会被粘在工件基体上。
