一、产品介绍
本机适用于大批量布料样品，色卡的裁切制作加工。采用先进的减速增力机构设计，可选择单次裁切和连续裁切功能，上下切刀位置可调，单次工作时可自动停止在上切刀上位。具有漏电保护和短路保护功能，操作安全可靠。
说明
调试说明
1、在新装配或更换新垫板时，需要进行微量调试；
2、调试方法是少量松开刀杆上下部升降螺丝，每次按1/4圈进行调试，然后紧固再进行试裁切。（微调过度会损伤垫板）；
3、观察试裁切后的确刀痕，注意切口是否前后端相同。（中间部分会较细）布样完全可以被切断即可；
4、调试完毕后，将刀杆上下部升降螺丝的锁定螺帽都固定。

裁切面平整，切口均匀连贯避免了毛边、歪斜、锯齿不一的现象。
