zy-90-k型全能抗干扰检针器是我厂Zui新感性的新一代检针器。本机和其他型号检针器相比，主要具有以下几个方面的改善：
1·更强的抗干扰性能
本机在研究过程中针对传统型检针器对周边环境要求较高，抗干扰性能较差的缺点，在检测原理和检测结构方面进一步改进，它的上下探头采用双磁场，双屏蔽式，这样仪器对外界的抗干扰性有了大大的改善。
2·更高的灵敏度
由于仪器的上下探头采用双磁场，双屏蔽式，所以它的灵敏度也有了大大的提高。如：传统的检针器要检测到1.2毫米的标准检验块，探头高度只能是15公分，而本机探头高度18公分也能测到1.2毫米的标准检验块。
仪器采用进口不锈钢辊轴，检测标准是根据日本的检针法要求而设置的。仪器的机芯是日本的。电脑芯片集成电路。在记忆的控制面板上设有灵敏度高低的显示和有断针信号感度的显示，同时具有c型和a型两种检针器的检测功能，还具备自动开关和数码有效技术的功能，速度要比一般检针器要快。本机在以上所有功能的基础上新增一个功能：砂洗和正常检测功能的切换，是它的适应范围更加广泛。zy-90-k型全能抗干扰检针器是牛仔服装·鞋帽·玩具等生产厂家Zui理想的检测设备。
