本机集袋成型，计量，灌装，封口，切断于一体。采用触摸屏人机界面，操作简单，自动化程度高。过程控制通过plc编程实现，运行稳定。封口加热采用恒温式控制，只带定位采用光电跟踪控制，动力传送形式为机械式，运动稳定，夜里均匀，可靠。整机外壳为不锈钢板材，全部流体管道选用优质卫生级304不锈钢，内部空间布局合理，便于操作，并具有日期打印，紫外线杀菌等功能，即可单头运行，也可双头同时操作，可实现cip清洗连接。
